An additional thing I have noticed this week is that Meditation assists me in living in the present moment. I find that I am not worrying as much about the future, but finding more opportunities to enjoy the present.
How does living in the present moment assist you?
After meditating this morning, I noticed that I felt calm and that my thoughts were more in tune with what I wanted to accomplish. My thoughts also seemed more quiet and peaceful as well. I am usually a pretty calm guy anyways…but this morning was different.
Could one of the benefits of meditating be being able to quiet the “storm” in our minds?
I had a conversation with my wife last night about the power of mediation. She has been consistently meditating each day for a few weeks now and loves what it is doing for her.
I have taken time to meditate consistently in the past, but haven’t done it for a while. So, in the spirit of improving and growing I am starting today to learn more about, explore, and be consistent in daily mediation.
