About Me:

My name is Travis Wengreen and I am an honest, inspiring, worthy man who is committed to assisting myself and others in finding and living their greatness!

I am a proud husband to the most beautiful woman in the world and the proud father of 4 wonderful children.  They are my life, my happiness, and the reason I get up in the morning.

I am also a motivational junkie.  I love motivational thoughts, pictures, and videos.  They inspire me and provide a continuous fire in my heart and soul that pushes me to do more and be better each day.   This motivational focus has taken me on a self-discovery/self-improvement journey for the last 10 years which has led me to this blog and professional coaching.

I have been in leadership roles for the last 13 years and have been able to work with some of the greatest people.  These people have inspired, stretched and challenged me, and I will be forever grateful for the lessons they have taught me.  My desire to share these lessons is one of the reasons for this blog.  My hope is to capture some of the lessons I have learned and be able to share some new ones along the way.

The Blog:

I have always had the desire to write and publish my thoughts, feelings, and experiences around leadership, positive attitudes, and coaching.  These topics have inspired me and provided direction in my personal and professional life.  My desire is to document some of these thoughts for myself and my family and hopefully provide some insight and inspiration to others as well.  There are 4 areas that I am going to focus in this blog.  I hope it inspires and motivates someone as much as it has inspired and motivated me.

What is P.A.C.E?

P.A.C.E stands for Positive Attitude Changes Everything.  Discovering and living by this powerful principle has been a quest of mine for the last 10 years.  I will admit, it hasn’t been easy, but I have noticed that the more I focus on having a positive attitude in every situation I find myself the better I feel.  As I feel better, I have better responses and in turn I have better results.  A positive attitude creates positive thoughts, which create positive feelings.  These positive feelings create positive actions and ultimately positive results.

Thoughts for the day

I love motivational thoughts, stories, and video clips.  They inspire me and give me an opportunity to push the reset button if needed.   By sharing these thoughts I am able to hold myself accountable and hopefully help others as well.

Some people don’t like these daily quotes but they inspire me to do better each day.  I love the thought from Zig Ziglar – “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”

I try and post at least 3 times a week, usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Letters to my family

My goal with this section is to document some of the discussions that I have had with my family as well as lessons that I hope my wife and family learn from.  My family is the most important thing to me in this world and I want to be able to remember the conversations I have had with them.

Coaching Lessons

My professional career has provided me with the opportunity to lead and coach others.  This opportunity has provided me with the most challenging and rewarding experiences and has been a key part in helping me develop into who I am today.  I am a certified profession coach, and focus my efforts on the personal development of others.  You can check out my coaching website at www.traviswengreen.com. My goal with this section is to document some of the coaching lessons that have impacted me and share other lessons that may have an impact on others.
