How do you feel when you can tell someone is really listening to you? When you can tell you have their full attention?

Since you have begun the listening focus, I have been trying to listen without planning my response. Because when I am speaking I can tell when others are preparing a response, thus it means that they aren’t listening and they want to be heard vs hearing. And I believe that 90% of the time those speaking don’t even want a response.
Thanks for these listening messages I am going to keep listening intently vs responsively.
Thanks for the comment Chanse. Glad that these messages are assisting you. Keep up the great work
