The quote below is a great reminder of the benefit of having goals to reach for.

What is the benefit of writing your goals down where you can view them each day?
For me, it provides a constant reminder of what I am working towards and the commitment I have made to accomplish my goals.

December is a great month to think about and plan for how we want to finish the year and how we want to start the new year. As we start a new month, I would love to get your thoughts and share ideas around goal setting.
What are your goals and plans for giving your very best in December?

How bad do you want to be successful?

What impact does desire really have on our lives?
This has been a question I have been studying throughout the month of November.
What I have learned is that Desire like most things is a choice, and if we want something bad enough, and have enough desire…we will make the choice to do something about it. If the desire isn’t strong enough…we will only do something about it when it is convenient.
“Never, never underestimate the power of desire. If you want to live badly enough, you can live. The great question, at least for me, was: How do I decide I want to live?” – Marya Hornbache
I came across this video this morning and wanted to pass it along. (Thank you Steven Aitchison)
I love the message it gives about being thankful and grateful for the ups and the downs, the good times and the bad, the success and the failures.
How does knowing your WHY assist your desire?
How would you approach your life differently today if you allowed your WHY to really…and I mean REALLY drive your desire?
Enjoy this quick video and let us know your thoughts.
What are you doing to fuel your desire today?

This picture is one of my favorites and speaks to the impact that desire can have on someone. As you are pushing, stretching, shooting for your goals, where are you focused? Are you focused on your goal, or on the person next to you?
I watched the video of this race a few times this morning and noticed that as soon as Chad Le Clos looked at Michael Phelps…he started to lose ground.
How can the lesson from this picture assist you in building the life you want?
