what is truly important?

I have found myself caught up in the craziness of my current job over the last few weeks, and haven’t made the time to post.  I will admit…I have missed sharing my thoughts and hearing the thoughts of others.  This post is truly one of the ways that I can share what I am passionate about. It is funny how we sometimes let the “busy” things get in the way of what is truly important in our lives.

The quote below was a great reminder to me this morning.

This is your life. Do what you want and do it often.
If you don’t like something, change it.
If you don’t like your job, quit.
If you don’t have enough time, stop watching TV.
If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
Stop over-ANALYZING, life is simple.
All emotions are beautiful.
When you eat, appreciate every last bite.
Life is simple.
Open your heart, mind and arms to new things and people, we are united in our differences.
Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them.
Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself.
Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them, so go out and start creating.
Life is short, live your dream and wear your passion.”  ― Holstee Manifesto, The Wedding Day

  1. I really like this quote. Remember, your blog, like your job, is only part of your life, not the focus of it. So, like me, if you find there just aren’t enough hours in the day to write, save your blog for when you do have time. I’m sure your readers will remain loyal no matter how often you blog.

    • I like your spin on the quote. That really resonates with me right now. I agree that when we focus on what we love and are passionate about we in turn attract people and opportunities that are of a similar focus. Thanks Chanse
